Life happens, and I understand that plans change.
My cancellation and no show policy is designed to keep things smooth and fair,
ensuring I can dedicate focused time to every client who trusts me with their nails.
This policy is for anyone who appreciates clear expectations and mutual respect.
If you’re looking for a flexible yet reliable approach to your nail care appointments,
this is tailored for you.
Retainer Policy:
1. A $25 non refundable retainer is required to book all appointments.
2. The Retainer goes towards your total service,
3. Appointments are NOT secured without a retainer.
Late Policy
1. A 15 minute grace period is allowed.
2. After a 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and counted as a no show
3. No refund on retainer.
Cancellation/No-Show
1. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
2. Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice subject to
non-refundable retainer fee.
3. Open communication helps me accommodate your needs and other clients.
